Tour de Vino at Vast

Join us at Vast on Thursday, November 19, for the final stop on Coury Hospitality’s Tour de Vino. Explore Austin Hope wines from Paso Robles through five courses by Executive Chef Jonas Favela, each thoughtfully crafted to complement its pairing.

With family roots in Paso Robles dating to 1978, Austin Hope has built a reputation for expressive wines, including his namesake Cabernet Sauvignon, known for its rich dark fruit and generous character. The evening will feature Austin Hope alongside selections from the Hope Family Wines portfolio.

Kevin Eyster, VP of Sales at Hope Family Wines, will guide guests through the pours and share the stories behind the wines. Enjoy a closer look at Paso Robles through Chef Jonas’s cuisine, with panoramic views of Oklahoma City and Vast’s welcoming hospitality.
