The Chef Collective, a seven-course dining experience

Join the culinary team behind Vast for The Chef Collective – a collaborative seven-course dining experience showcasing the creativity and talent of every chef in our kitchen.

This is not a tasting menu handed down from a single vision – it’s our chefs with full creative freedom, building a meal that moves from first bite to final sweet.

The evening begins with a welcome course from the kitchen before Executive Chef Jonas Favela, Executive Sous Chef Kari Garrett, Chefs Patrick Yamaguchi, Jessie Gomez, and Robbie Martin each present their own signature course. Pastry Chef Bill Oliver concludes the dinner with dessert.

More than a tasting menu, The Chef Collective is a celebration of the people behind Vast. Each course reflects the individual style, creativity, and perspective of the chef who created it, coming together to tell the story of our kitchen one plate at a time, forty-nine floors above Oklahoma City.
