A more casual way to experience Takuaches, this after-hours format includes a small-bite flight inspired by Chef Jessie Gomez’s menu. A limited feature cocktail menu by Beverage Director Colby Poulin & Jacob Arvin will be available, designed to pair with the flavors and enjoyed at your own pace.

The menu explores a modern intersection of Mexican and Korean influences, built around clean, ingredient-driven cooking and bold, layered profiles.

Lounge-style seating, a more social atmosphere, and a setting designed for a slower, more flexible night at the bar.
